Alex groaned as he checked his phone, both from his hangover from the UV
party and something possibly stupid he'd done the night before.
[TXT] I knew you took that ring.
[TXT] I am happy for both of you.
[TXT] Mom is going to kill you and you so owe me.

[TXT] you weren't drunk were you?
[TXT] Mom says Corry deserves better then a boy who won't tell his mother
he's eloping. And they still want a reception to show her off to Dad's
'friends'
He stared at the phone and sighed. At least it was easier for him to
pretend everything was okay through texts. Let Will have his happy moment
and hopefully, he'd never find out how stupid Alex had been.
[TXT] I think so yeah. Enjoy the honeymoon. You both deserve it.
[TXT] For once, I am glad to be wrong.
[TXT] She's composing a guest list and picking out hypothetical music. She
wants to know if you prefer a sit down meal or just cocktails and dancing.
[TXT] And I want to know what's going on with you all there in the meantime.
[TXT] No cocktails, no alcohol at all if possible. I'll ring her, try and
get her to contain it to a small family affair. Maybe if we let mom and
Corry pick out the rest together?

[TXT] How do you know it was me who proposed?
[TXT] I know, when we come back I'll let her have her day. She'll probably forgive me when she meets the newest Cabot family member though. Probably.
[TXT] With Corry? No. Of course not. I love her too much to do that brother dearest.

[TXT] Because you have wanted to for ages?

[TXT] Just checking.....when are you coming home?

[TXT] We'll be back for Les' birthday. That's soon, right? But a little honeymoon first. You don't know how lucky I am, little brother.
[TXT] She proposed actually, I was going to when we got there but she asked me. So for once you're wrong.
[TXT] We'll do something when we get back, I'll discuss it with Corry. Just don't let mom do the invites.

[TXT] oh you know, same old, same old. Fall festivites and magic shutting down the library.
[TXT] you should do that. She might actually listen to you. And make sure you define what small means.
